Project Description: Design & Dev of Stability derivative
calculation for LCA a/c
Role (Designation): Asst. Aero Engineer.
Responsibility :
This involves formulation of flight equation and to solve the same
for various flight conditions. For straight and level flight, both
for longitudinal and lateral cases of static condition, a separate

aircraft data and was implemented for Light Combat Aircraft (LCA).
LCA has on board computers, which use state-of the art fly-by wire systems
and has various modules for various subsystem.
The calculation of stability derivatives involves solving of chain

to obtain these parameters at various flight conditions. This module is
basically used for checking the aircraft parameters, for design of
aircraft aerodynamic and geometric configurations.
