BAD GUY
This is some sort of beetlethat is not wanted in the pepper
garden
they eat foliage, and pods, note the spot on it`s back
good for scaring predator insects away, they think it`s an eye
from
a larger creature, this one lasted about 3 seconds after I took
it`s picture.
