It has been almost two Easter seasons since then. He has never stopped striving
for the better in his life. She's stayed in her empty cocoon, or just back and
forth, but not really far away from her nest.
Everything has changed.
He awakened a woman inside of her, then left her for good. She reached out for
him as far as she could, but no way in hell or heaven they will be seen
together. Since then, she discovered a Star Wars ticket in a folder which she
has kept every single note he wrote her. He had spent hours in line, under the
cold and snow to get it, but then she said no. She has a mark on her hand just
like his. A sensual aromatherapy candle from Pier 1 will never be lightened up
keeps fading its scent as time goes by. A penny is still lying at the bottom of
the wishing well at the Botanical Center, but they will never be friends again.
She keeps loving him and longing for him, but he'll never come back to her.
She has been working days, nights and weekends to hopefully shorten the time, so
that she would be with him again, but NO. It's all over. Love has ever ended
depsite of what he had said before, of her unrevealed feelings for him. She
never has a chance to tell him. She wanted to tell him so much as she
read his mails, poems and love notes, but somehow, she was so afraid to.
Something has kept her away from her feelings... So she cries and cries and
cries :-(
