Lesothosaurus (le-SOW-toe-sore-us)
An Late Triassic/Early Jurassic ornithischian from southern Africa [for Lesotho, Africa]. Lesothosaurus might have been another name for Fabrosaurus. Lesothosaurus was built to run, with short forearms but long legs that had longer calves than thighs. The toes and fingers had claws. The front teeth were smooth and pointed, while the molars looked like small, thorny arrowheads.
