
TOOLS OF PRECEPTION
EMOTIONS
This system tool is the most elusive of all system tools, because their
is no central location of expression it has been the most denied, ignored,
twisted and misunderstood tool of all. This system is the central operations
component of the whole warning system. how experiences are processed and
what action is taken is directly related to the process of the emotional
interpretation given to them by how you have learned to do the interpretation.
One mistaken belief, that is like a system virus that has corrupted
the internal interpretation process is that we cannot control this emotional
system. We are so trained to react to situations that our emotions
are on auto pilot (or maybe master controller) and because of the victim
programing society teaches us, that we are powerless to control it. we
are tossed around like helpless, pathetic victims. Not even able to conceive
that we are allowing it to happen. The reason that this happens is we learn
that emotions are things that we feel but besides flooding us with feelings
they seem to serve no other productive purpose.
We are trained to think we can not control them ( with out being cold
or hart less or unfeeling or whatever other label society teaches you to
grasp the power of being a victim with... but i digress.) we become their
victim. By triggering the next programed response in the line of lifeless
ridged beliefs that ultimately build such ruts that we become ridged and
die. Why, because only very few, have the control to listen and even fewer
have the control to learn from what their listening to and of those who
learn even fewer have the control to use what they have learned.
OKAY enough blight for one page eh..........
"What are these emotions supposed to do if not kill us?" You ask ????
Well..... I do have a theory it's not gospel or any thing, It's only
a theory but it goes like this:
They are markers and warnings when your belief systems are starting
to become ridge an inflexible.
There wasn't that simple. night..............
oh all right. here's an example:
GUILT

If you feel guilt, you have done something bad. If your one of the
Religious ones then you are guilty of sin and not just yours but ones from
before your even born. When you do something that is not approved of whether
it is the rule books of the societies laws, or the words of your GODS,
or the just the rules imposed by parents and loved ones. Then you should
FEEL BAD because you ARE BAD. Can't do any thing about it because it's
in the past, but you can feel guilty for it and punish yourself again
and again so you will never do it again......YAnfuewuhoow

This emotion is triggered each time you Violate a belief within your
operations system.
The emotions purpose:
triggers a warning system violation that an action taken in
response to a perceived situation is in violation of belief # dhwiu
section# dhwiu sub-section # dhwiu
Action needed:
find out which action it was This can usually be found by going
back to the situation that caused the feeling when you first felt it (whether
being a thought, or an action, or an inaction)
and then find out which belief it is that you violated. To do this
you may have to trace the original feeling back to the first time you felt
that feeling or response to evaluate what interpretations you place on
the event. Once those two ingredients are in place you will have to evaluate
the action in light of the belief. The action in light of the circumstance
that instigated you act the way you did and weather the action was appropriate
to the circumstances now. then you will have to examine the belief in light
of the other evaluations and determine if the guilt feeling is still appropriate.
Then you get to choose change behavior OR change
belief. The important part of this is to remember that
you do have an option of changing the belief. Beliefs can be old out dated
and completely irrelevant. this is usually done by acknowledging
the new belief and practicing it when ever you get the chance
Please note that when guilt is used in this fashion it will go back into
observe mode and will only arise when violations occur. Once you start
house cleaning your "belief system" you will notice a much clearer view
of your environment emerge. You will find that their is much less time
spent in dealing with guilt alarms, giving you more time and opportunity
for things like happiness. As well this way you can deal with things right
a way and not have to punish yourself over and over again.
