SOCIALIZATION AT IT'S BEST
The global
reality holds many snares to keep us with in the limits of it's reality.
It use things like fear, guilt, loneliness, and even happiness, success
and love to keep us constrained within it's limits. I will share some of
the most prominent here.
One of the greatest lessons of the warriors path is that perception is
the essence of the world around us. This perception is kept in check by
rules that we are given as we develop into adults. We exist within this
reality because we maintain the rules. We maintain the rules my succumbing
to the limits. The way the global dream keeps perpetuating itself is by
getting us to believe in certain illusions. Ones like fear, anger, loneliness,
guilt, happiness,contentment, and love ect. one of the greatest devices
of this dream, is the dream of self importance. The dream caters to our
soul creating this indulgent self centered spirit that focuses on
itself and sees nothing else. One of the out comes of this indulgence is
the four enemies of man.
These enemies are a critical aspect to the warriors growth for it is the
self indulging nature we've developed that allows the enemies of man to
overcome us. When the fear wells up and uses everything in your power to
stop you.
Never
let fear stop you! Fear is the first natural enemy a warrior must overcome
on his path to knowledge, but follow your curiosity. That will even up
the score, you will learn in spite of your self. Don't dwell on your fears,
for power is directing you now, dwell on the awesomeness of that. Humanity
tends to dwell on themselves too much, and that's the trouble, it produces
a terrible fatigue. Seek and see the marvels all around you. You will get
tired of looking at yourself alone, and that fatigue will make you deaf
and blind to everything else. A warrior, goes to knowledge, as he goes
to war, wide awake, with fear, with respect, and with absolute assurance.
Going to knowledge or going to war in any other manner is a mistake, and
whoever makes that mistake will live to regret their steps. Knowledge is
a power that will carry a warrior beyond the boundaries of self,
and it will take you their to teach you. This is where it will take you
to reveal matters that no human could. This is why learning through conversations
is not only a waste of time, but stupidity. Learning is the
most difficult task a man could undertake. We want to find knowledge with
out doing any work, we want it to be handed to us. To find out how difficult
it is to obtain it and to know that it exits, will give you a unique sense
of confidence. I can tell you of this knowledge, but only by going after
it and seeking it out and making it your own will you have the confidence
needed to claim it as true knowledge. Thus knowledge will indeed be power.
Every time a man sets himself up to learn he has to labor hard, and the
limits of his learning are determined by his own nature. Fears are natural,
all of us experience them and their is nothing we can do about it. On the
other hand no matter how frightening learning is, it is more terrible to
think of being a man without knowledge. Man lives only to learn. if he
learns it is because of the nature of his lot for good or for bad. A man
of knowledge is one who has followed fully the hard ships of learning.
A man who has, without rushing or without faltering, gone as far as he
can in unraveling the secrets of power and knowledge. To be a man of knowledge
has no permanence. One is never a man of knowledge, not really. Rather,
one becomes a man of knowledge for a very brief instant, after defeating
the four natural enemies. When a warrior starts to learn he is never clear
about his objectives. His purpose is faulty: his intent is vague. He hopes
for rewards that will never materialize for he knows nothing of the hardships
of learning. He slowly begins to learn- bit by bit at first, then in big
chunks, and then his thoughts soon clash What he learns is never what was
pictured, or imagined and so he begins to be afraid. Learning is never
what one expects. Every step of learning is a new task, and the fear that
one is experiencing begins to mount mercilessly, unyieldingly. His purpose
has become a battlefield.
