you to visit Artist Point Gift Shop, Cultural Center and Historical Museum,
hiking trail and see the many attractions we have to offer. We have one
of the best views in the Ozarks.
Artist Point features a variety of handmade
dolls, wood crafts, locally made baskets, Indian-made items and children's
toys. For the rock hound we have a a variety of rocks, minerals and oil
stones, coins and currency for collectors.
Travelers may choose from a large selection
of momentos from caps to plates & spoons to T-shirts and sweatshirts.
The souvenir shopper will also find gold and sterling silver jewelery made
at Artist Point along with turquoise and "Diamonds of Arkansas".
Homemade jams, jellies, applebutter, honey
and sorghum are nice
eatables to take home from the Ozarks. Homemade fudge, candies and a wide
selection of nuts are sure to satisfy a traveler's sweet tooth.
The historic Indian Museum contains a large
collection of arrowheads that a novice or experienced history buff will
enjoy viewing.
Our observation deck offers a breathtaking
view of the Ozarks with telescopes available to enhance your view. The
deck is also a nice place to relax with your complimentary cup of coffee.
Artist Point has clean public restrooms with
handicap facilities. We have been a family affair for over 40 years. We

P.S. We have added an upstairs which gives the most spectacular
view of the Boston Mountains and Lake Shepherd Springs. Another treat for
nature lovers from April to September is seeing the hummingbirds close-up
as they feed and nest.
