This is an open invitation to all viewers.  If anyone sends in suggestions for links to live forums, they will be posted here. 

This dialog area is where responses to this site will get posted, so it is not a true forum.  The drawback to this approach is that it is considerably slower and is not interactive.  The software to conduct a forum is not cheap and it needs to be run on a server set up for such use.  That is beyond the scope of this site. 

The benefit of conducting this dialog area as a response posting as opposed to a live forum is that you do not have to sift through many different postings of threads.  Forums often have threads that wander off their original subject and can degenerate into personal conversations better suited to a chat room elsewhere.  The intent can be distilled and condensed to allow you more effective viewing. 

Finally (and ironically), the subject of Utopia can be inflamatory, requiring monitoring for abusive postings on at least two levels: on the individual level, a small number of people could post negative postings, leading to antagonistic and unconstructive arguments.  On a larger scale it can also provoke hate groups to overwhelm the site.
