Axl Rose se je rodil 6. Februarja leta 1962, v Lafayette, v ZDA.
Guns ustanovila grupo Guns´n´Roses. Gunsi so uživali v uspehu v poznih 80 - ih in v začetku 90-ih let.
No tukaj sem ti poiskala nekaj njihovih (po mojem) najlepših in najboljših (seveda), skladb! :)

NOVEMBER RAIN
When I look into your eyes I can see a love restrained But darlin' when I hold you Don't you know I feel the same 'Cause nothin' lasts forever And we both know hearts can change And it's hard to hold a candle In the cold November rain We've been through this such a long long time Just tryin' to kill the pain But lovers always come and lovers always go And no one's really sure who's lettin' go today Walking away If we could take the time to lay it on the line I could rest my head Just knowin' that you were mine All mine So if you want to love me then darlin' don't refrain Or I'll just end up walkin' In the cold November rain Do you need some time...on your own Do you need some time...all alone Everybody needs some time...on their own Don't you know you need some time...all alone I know it's hard to keep an open heart When even friends seem out to harm you But if you could heal a broken heart Wouldn't time be out to charm you Sometimes I need some time...on my own Sometimes I need some time...all alone Everybody needs some time...on their own Don't you know you need some time...all alone And when your fears subside And shadows still remain I know that you can love me When there's no one left to blame So never mind the darkness We still can find a way 'Cause nothin' lasts forever Even cold November rain Don't ya think that you need somebody Don't ya think that you need someone Everybody needs somebody You're not the only one You're not the only one te amo mi cielo!!!!! te amo chiquita
PARADISE CITY
Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Oh, won't you please take me home Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Take me home Oh, won't you please take me home Just an urchin livin' under the street, hard case that's tough to beat I'm your charity case, so buy me somethin' to eat, I'll pay you at another time Take it to the end of the line Ragz to richez or so they say, ya gotta-keep pushin' for the fortune and fame It's all a gamble when it's just a game, ya treat it like a capital crime Everybody's doing their time Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Oh, won't you please take me home Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Take me home Strapped in the chair of the city's gas chamber Why I'm here I can't quite remember The surgeon general says it's hazardous to breathe I'd have another cigarette but I can't see Tell me who you're gonna believe Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Take me home, yeah Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Oh, won't you please take me home So far away, so far away, so far away, so far away Captain America's been torn apart Now he's a court jester with a broken heart He said- turn me around and take me back to the start I must be losin' my mind- "Are you blind?" I've seen it all a million times Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Take me home Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Oh, won't you please take me home Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Take me home Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Take me home Oh, won't you please take me home Oh I wanna go, I wanna go, oh won't you please take me home Oh won't you please take me home Take me down to the paradise city Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty Take me home Oh, won't you please take me home

SINCE I DON` T HAVE YOU
I don't have plans and schemes, And I don't have hopes and dreams. I, I, I don't have anything, Since I don't have you. And I don't have fond desires, And I don't have happy hours. I don't have anything, Since I don't have you. Happiness and I guess I never will again. When you walked out on me, In walked old misery, And she's been here since then. Yeah, we're fucked! I don't have love to share, And I don't have one who cares. I don't have anything, Since I don't have you. You, you, you, oh, oh! You, you, you, oh, oh! You, you, you, oh, oh! You, you, you, oh, oh! You, you, you, oh yeah!
SWEET CHILD OF MINE
She's got a smile that it seems to me Reminds me of childhood memories Where everything Was as fresh as the bright blue sky Now and then when I see her face She takes me away to that special place And if I stared too long I'd probably break down and cry Sweet child o' mine Sweet love of mine She's got eyes of the bluest skies As if they thought of rain I hate to look into those eyes And see an ounce of pain Her hair reminds me of a warm safe place Where as a child I'd hide And pray for the thunder And the rain To quietly pass me by ohh... Sweet child o' mine oh oh oh.. Sweet love of mine Where do we go Where do we go now Where do we go Sweet child o' mine
