1 package of liver
garlic salt
salted water
(salt water normally, plus 50% more again)
Bring salted water to a boil
Place liver into water, leave until cooked through
Take out and dry with a paper towel
Line cookie sheet with tin foil and place liver on foil
Apply garlic salt
Bake at 350', turning once and garlic salting the other side
Bake until dry but not brittle

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 egg
1 lb. liver OR 1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup wheat germ
garlic powder
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup or less whole wheat flour
In blender or food processor, liquefy liver/peanut butter and water
Pour into a mixing bowl
Add other ingredients
Mix well
Pour onto a well greased cookie sheet
Spread evenly, bake at 350' for 30 minutes
Cut quickly into squares while hot
Store in freezer
