This is a deep, velvety red daylily, appropriately called Frosted Velvet.
Ice Carnival is a creamy, almost white, tall daylily. It stands out well with nicotiana in the background.
My Ways is a very tall, deep red with burgundy shading.
Here is a yellow and butterscotch variety which produces huge blooms.....I'm afraid I don't know the name of this one.
Early Interlude is a rosy mauve with deep rose and light pink shading, and a bright yellow throat.
Knockout is low grower which makes it fit well in the front of a border. It appears peachy pink in the morning, lightening to pinker in the afternoon; though it appears very pale in this picture.
Sammy Russel is a deep orangy red daylily with yellow star centers grow on both sides of the pond.
Most of the other daylilies are newly planted late last summer, but my Stella D'Oro's have been here for about 6 years. I love them for their prolific blooming.
