DID YOU KNOW. . . . (short messages for members to express their thoughts)
……… that 100 million sharks are killed each year mostly for their fins. After chopping their fins away, these badly injured and helpless sharks are cast back to the sea for their slow and agonizing death of drowning. Spare a thought during those dinners and spread the message across.
……… that 1 liter of mineral water is more expensive than 1 liter of petrol !!!
……… that information written on thousands of paper produced from a 100 year old rain tree can be easily be fitted into a CD-Rom !!!
……… that Tanjung Tuan, Melaka is recognized internationally in the recently published: A global directory of raptor migration sites by BirdLife International & Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, USA.  Incidentally, the area is also the sole Important Bird Area candidate in Malaysia.

Call or e-mail the E-team (not necessarily the messages of only the above nature, all thoughts are welcome).
