Members Night (Saturday 8 -11-1997)
Mr. Stewart Forbes who is the driving force behind the initiation of the new SIG on Marine Life in Perak, gave an very interesting talk cum slide show on the Group's objectives and proposed activities and marine life in general. He introduced the subject to the audience with such authority and interest that had them riveted amidst the oohs and aahs when the slides were shown. Handouts were also given out so members felt greatly enriched with knowledge of the sea. He also gave directions to those who wished to go on the trip to Teluk Senangin on 14 December 1997.
