What does this mean? Well, It is a big job and I could use help (This is a hint for those of you who might consider joining the NG Program).
Basically NGs patrol the streets of FortuneCity. We talk to the residents, we email them, we help them, and yes when necessary we report sites for deletion.
The NGPA is the person the NGs report to. This is also the person who the NGs get information and advice from.
