JEFF'S ROOM

Hi guys its me Jeff!! Well the rain is back here in sunny southern california ha ha ha!! Last weekend I ran a duathlon and even completed it. It wasn't to bad but I got a sore butt. I did a mud run the week before and I am now training to do another mud run,an open water swim in the ocean, and a triathlon. Well as you can see I will be pretty busy training for more training ha ha .. I was promoted to Staff Sergeant and will be moving housing sometime this summer as long as I don't get orders out of California. I am still waiting to go diving here but the rain is back and the visibility is gone. Well that is it for now and pictures of all events to come soon. Luv always JEFF :-)
