"In the beginning..."
The GreatOne came to the Earth, and loved the land. She fell in love
with her new home, she admired its beauty and peace, but she was
lonely. Using her flesh and blood, along with the elements, she
created the first wolf clan. The Healers.
From the Healer Clan, the GreatOne took a mate, the FirstHealer. The
GreatOne, her mate, and the Healer Clan lived in peace for many
generations. The Clan grew strong, and the land prospered from the
OldWays.
Time moves quickly, though, and soon, a great Evil had come to the
Earth. That great Evil Turned many Healers into evil beings. Soon,
after great battles, only a few Healers remained. The rest had turned
into DeathMakers. Thus started the DeathMaker Clan.
The GreatOne, seeing the destruction of the Healers emminent, Turned
a few DeathMakers from their path of destruction, and made them good
again. The GreatOne took what was left of the Healer Clan and hid
them away, made them safe from evil. The DeathMakers the GreatOne
Turned became a new clan. The Killer Clan.
The Killer Clan grew strong, battling the forces of the evil
DeathMakers time and time again. Yet, the Killers held a curse in
their blood: if at any time they strayed from the OldWays, they would
become a DeathMaker. The Killer Clan grew so large, that there became
sects of Killers who broke away from the original Clan. Some of these
were very large, and made new Clans, others were small and formed
packs.
The battles between Light and Dark still continue. The OldWays must be
upheld. The GreatOne must never perish.
The GreatOne
KmitzaTaku is a Wolf of the Earth.
She is pure black with emerald-green eyes, with a diagonal scar over her left.
She is partially blind, but her Spirit Guide, a raven named Taku, is both her
seeing eye guide and her magical companion.
Kmitza was the first wolf on Earth, and all wolves came from her.
Her mate was the Ancient, Ziako.
From Kmitza's fur, she formed the Healer Clan, and later converted the Killer and
Changer clans.
When Kmitza first came to the Earth, she began to get lonely, and one day her
brother, Monolith came to the Earth to tell her of a new evil that walked the land,
Sephiroth.
Later, Monolith turned evil because of Sephiroth, and Sephiroth killed Kmitza's son, Cloud.
At the end of her first life, she gave her life so that Monolith would turn to a Shade.
At the end of her second life, she gave her life so that Sephiroth would be destroyed.
Other names she is called are: The Great One, The First One, and The Great Mother.
The FirstHealer
Not much is known about the FirstHealer. He is the mate of the
GreatOne.
The Healer Clan
The HealerClan was the purest of the Clans. This Clan followed the
OldWays so completely that they did not know how to fight their own
kind. This Clan had very strong magic, but since this Clan knew no
evil, they had no battle magic. When the DeathMaker Clans came, they
were caught completely unaware. The GreatOne saved the last of the
Healers, and it is in the Legends that they say that the GreatOne
turned the last of the Healers into unicorns.
The DeathMaker Clan
The DeathMaker Clan was created from the Healer Clan, through magic
wolves of the Healer Clan were Turned (read "made evil through magic")
and fought against the OldWays. The Healers who were not killed in the
First Waves were Turned so brutally that they were physically changed
by the force of magic that made them evil. Some were rumored to be so
hideous that they had to constantly hide their true guise with
illusions. Even though the DeathMakers Clan was evil, the highest in
rank had a high sense of honor, even if they did have low ethics and
morality. The DeathMaker Clan was always very organized, and rank was
constantly enforced. The clan was quick, brutal, and efficient. They
were masters of deception, surprise, and battle. The DeathMaker Clan
grew so large, that it turned into many different sects of Clan,
called "Troops". Troops, though moving seperate from the main Clan,
were still part of the DeathMaker Clan. This made the range of the
DeathMaker Clan grow constantly, and put the OldWays in grave danger.
The Killer Clan
The Killer Clan was created from a Troop of DeathMakers. The GreatOne,
seeing that the DeathMakers had a secure hold on the Healers and would
defeat them, created the Killer Clan to combat the evil that
threatened to destroy the OldWays. The GreatOne Turned the Troop to
good as the great Evil had Turned the Healers to evil. The Killer Clan,
using the DeathMaker Clan's own tactics against them, brought hope
to the land that the OldWays would survive. The Killer Clan was built
like the DeathMaker Clan, with many of the same ranks and sections of
Clan. But, unlike the DeathMakers, the Killer Clan had high morales
and ethics, and many rules were different. Like the DeathMakers, the
Killer Clan is quick and efficient, but unlike the DeathMaker Clan,
they are merciful. There is a single drawback to being a Killer is the
curse they have from coming from the DeathMakers. If a Killer strays
from the OldWays at all, they become a DeathMaker.
