How election rights work

There is a power 
in general
some rights are set up
which guarantee the rights of a person,
i.e.to have the right to elect and
to have the right to be elected
and which allow the power to establish acts
The power sets up acts
Austria:
Federal President 
if you donot pay 5.000,- box*) for the job you want
and 2.500 persons**) have not signed your candidature
your application to be elected will not be accepted and
is suppressed

same as Federal President(boxes are different and the
numer of signees)

Parliament of the European Union
same as Federal President(boxes are different and the
numer of signees)

State Parliament(Landtag):
same as Federal President(boxes are different and the
numer of signees)

Mayor
only the community council elects hte mayor

Community council
same as Federal President(boxes are different 
and the numer of signees)]
then the election authority(filled by 
parliamentarians who decide) 
decides which laws it will
apply
 1.)your right of being elected is accepted
 2.)your right o being elected is denied
2.)in Austria the right o being elected is 
denied(FJG)
your application for being a candidate is 
suppressed if you donot like these acts
then you go to the courts
The courts has the right to overrule an act
Austria:
the constitutional judge might tell you 
about 6/9 possibilities:
3.) we may refuse or
suppress your complaint
4.)if the complaint is considered we
decide if the injury is ok or not
5.)if we support the government your
complaint is denied
6.)if we decide for an violation the
elections will be quashed
7.)if you are an austrian slave we
donot accept your case.we support any
injury and violation of your rights
8.)if you slave ask your slave driver
if he signs your complaint and he does so
we will accept your complaint 
9.)if you succed your lawyer may get his money
he wants you maybe not
