Impressing the OBE idea on you subconscious mind.

One of the most important points to induce an OBE or Lucid Dream is to impress your subconscious mind with the idea. Have you ever used affirmations to put the impression of OBE or lucid dreaming on your subconscious mind???

How???

People say things like: I can have an OBE when I want to. I will get out of my body. When I'm dreaming ill know its a dream. e.t.c

But there's a much better and effective way of doing that...

How????

Easy. Make your own drawings on the OBE phenomen, and stick them on the wall, so you can see it every day and when your going to sleep. Its not necessary to stick them anywhere, ( it just has a better effect ), you can just draw, fold, and keep them. The drawing is a REALLY GOOD way to impress your subconscious mind with any subject... That's why when you watch a movie, you sometimes dream with it, e.t.c.... Images are better to impress the subconscious mind, specially your own images, that you draw line by line using your minds images.( but not for everybody, some people have a better effect with words or sounds, so try all of them, although studies shown that most people are "visually more in contact with the subconscious mind". Don't forget that the subconscious minds communicates with us by visual images, the dreams. ( That's why its easier. Its the subconscious own language ).
