- Birds WebSite - The best website on lucid dreaming I ever found. Here you have almost everything on the subject, from lucid dreaming techniques to how to make your dream diary. You MUST have this one on your bookmark.
- SpiritWeb - A very famous and useful search engine just about mystical stuff. From OBE to umbanda. Very good. "The Largest Spiritual Web-Site Of Its Kind." Visit the Out Of Body Experience, Explanations and Guides section.
- AstralNauts - A very good page on OBE and Lucid Dreaming techniques. Lots of them. Here you can also find a good newsgroup on OBEs.
- OBE Mailing-list - Homepage of the best OBE mailing list on the hole web. MUST subscribe.
- Traveling Beyond The Body w/ Alan Guiden - OBE Web Site that includes a handbook (Traveling: An Accidental Expert's How To Leave Your Body Handbook), reader's write, over 30 original articles, etc.
- The Astral Plane - OBE site that includes some techniques for projection.
- The OBE Resource - Stephen Moon's Journal of Astral Travels plus articles and links.
- Suneye - This is apparently "The Ultimate Out-of-Body and Lucid Dream Guide." The site includes the Suneye Method for Astral Projection.

Have you ever felt a falling sensation when your alomost falling asleep? This is what happens. Your getting out of your body, and because of a sound, or a bad position you interiorize very quickly. So you feel your legs falling, your hands, or any other part of your body(depends on how your OBEing). When you practice OBE before going to sleep this happens a lot.:)
