The best place to share experiences, information's and discuss theories on the hole web are the mailing lists. There are few of them regarding OBE's, ok, but they have great users, plenty of them experienced, that are ready to help you, teach you and also learn with you.

HOW-List : Forum for discussing how scientists might verify/falsify claims:
1. that consciousness is/isn't identical to the physical body/brain;
2. that consciousness can/can't separate from its body.
3. that beings encountered in ASP related events (Alien Abductors,
Incubi/Succubi, Demons, etc.) are/are not 'real' and in what way.

This is called an interplanetary OBE. When the OBEer just flies up till he gets to space.... very cool experience no words can describe the sensation. Some OBEers even claim to visit other planets.
