Differences between OBE and Astral Projection

I've noticed a lack in OBE books, FAQ's and WWW's , about the difference between OBE and Astral Projection. Most people and even OBEers think they are the same thing, but one is mystical stuff ( Astral Projection) and the other one is scientific ( OBE ).

This concept is absolutely wrong. While in an OBE whatever you see will really be there when you wake up. For example: If you see a green book at your neighbor's house while in an OBE it will really be there if you check it later when you wake up. But in an Astral Projection this doesn't happen..... Everything is kinda crazy, the sky can be yellow, water black, e.t.c. So this makes you wonder is Astral Projection isn't a lucid dream doesn't it??? Yes, but experienced researchers have a theory ( that I believe in and proved myself) that explains it very well.

The world has several dimensions, the physical one is the most denser of these dimensions, and what makes you change dimensions or enter in a different dimension is the quantity of energy you have. So an OBE is an Astral Projection to the closest dimension to the physical dimension.The things are exactly the same. (an OBE is an Astral projection, but the inverse isn't true) . The more energy you have more different is the astral plane, and if the astral plane is different, its an Astral Projection. I proved that to myself when I began chakra work. The things began to get weird in my "OBE's". Also OBEers and Astral travelers have different description of their experiences. Generally OBE's are very "physical" experiences, with a wider consciousness, while Astral Projections are very spiritual experiences with gods, angels and even dead people involved.
