The Long Jump OBE Technique (TLJ)

 

Feel yourself walking. Step up the pace, now you are walking briskly.
Again, step up the pace, you are jogging. Jog for a few minutes, feel
your body jogging, feel your astral limbs performing this motion. Now
run, run as fast as you can. Keep this pace up, concentrate on you
running as fast as you can, enjoy this feeling. When the time is right
(read the Knowledge section for hints), leap! Imagine jumping high into
the air, keep rising and rising, gravity isn't pulling you back down!
Due to the speed you were running, you are rising at great speeds, feel
the wind hit your face. This jumping phase should be enough to induce a
projection, a very successful method when timed correctly.
