Hello all. Please pardon me somewhat if this question has been posted before but I couldn't seem to find it after lurking for at least 20 min.

Has anyone noticed the similarities in style as well as looks between Jordan and Martin? Both use similar narrative styles and by golly they both have beards! Could the reason it took 4 years for Path of Daggers to come out be because of SoIaF? Maybe he(them it,her,etc) is pulling a King/Bachman.

Reasons they could be the same person.
1.both use split narrative style and character development.
2. both have beards.
3. both are "big" men (at least in the photos)
4. both are devilishly good
5. both use the cliffhanger technique
6. it makes a great internet rumor.

I mean, we have to do _something_ while waiting for ASoS. It's better than discussing the colour of Tyrion's underwear. But then, it's perhaps not. But who cares? :-))

Absolutely amazing! Hi ya'll :) Been out of touch recently but had to come back once my better sense took hold of my otherwise fragile brain.

Dirjj(ab): I find the similarities very amusing between Martin and Jorden. I still think it's all about the beards though.

Oh! It's so easy thus! Let's find out who else has a beard, and we will find that they're all one man. Martin is Jordayn is Kay-Arne (given that he still looks karstarky), so who else is in the melting pot?

I think I'd need to grow a lot more chin hair, and gain quite a few kilograms, before I can look anything like those two...

I grew a beard, but it's not white yet. Plus I don't have as much hair on my head. I'm the wrong skin-tone too. Hmm, I guess I'm out of the running.

These 'Is RJ dying?' rumors keep cropping up, like an urban legend. It's untrue. :)

He is dying...he has been dying for 40+ years...but don't worry, in a few months some weird creature named lkfs'Add'sfg' will pop out of the ground and save him.
