Does anyone know how old Cersei and Jaime and Tyrion are?
I am trying to figure out how old Jaime was when he killed Aerys.

Wasn't he 15 or 16 when he slew Aerys? If memory serves, he became a Kings Guard at 15.

Jaime was 17 when he killed Aerys, we are told so in a sequence where Ned tells Robert how Jaime sat on the throne. Jaime was 31 (17+14) in AGOT, as for Tyrion we can only say that he was past his 23rd birthday in AGOT because Jaime presented him with a fine horse on the occasion which got killed during his enforced trip to the Eyrie.

I believe GRRM mentioned it in one of his replies.

Ran may have the exact details.

As labor says, Jaime was seventeen years old when he killed Aerys. As for his becoming the youngest ever member of the Kingsguard at the age of 15, check SSM Mail #29. :)

Cersei and Jaime are approximately 8 and a half (they are said to be 8 or 9) at Tyrion's birth. So, they must have been 31 when AGOT opened if Jaime killed Aerys at age 17. They would be 33 as ASOS begins and Tyrion would be 25, on this basis.

Where does it say that Cersei and Jaime were around 8 years old? I know that Cersei remembers her mother though.
