I was reading the part where Theon and Asha were talking about their uncles and it was mentioned that Uron is older than Balon.So why is'nt Uron lord of the Pyke and the iron islands?

It says Euron is Lord Balon's eldest brother, not elder. It's Balon, then Euron, then Victarion.
