to help save children and
adults who suffer form these diseases Leukemia,Lymphoma,Hodgkin's
disease and
Myeloma.
"The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society funded research
has helped in the development
of many successful cancer treatments,including chemotherapy and
bone marrow
transplants, I feel there work is the window to cure for all
cancers."
The Man and Woman of the Year Competition is an easy way for
people in the Bay
Area to play an important role in the fight against cancer. Nearly
eighty percent of the
money raised goes directly to fund research and patient support
services, which are
the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's top priorities.
