Bill's got four days to get an elephant across America!
Rabbit's Rate: **** (out of *****)
Working Title: Large as Life
Nickel and Dime
Classic Description:
Bill's first leading-role-movie since his 1993's Groundhog Day, which is
a very big comedy hit. But this time, Larger Than Life dosen't gross much
in terms of box-office. It is a film about a successful motivator whose father died
and leaves him a highly-trained elephant, which brings Bill a lot of problems.
During their journey, they build up a friendship which they even haven't noticed.
Lastly, when Bill brings her to Siri Lanka, both of them feel a little bit sad and
sorry. It is an universal movie that suitable for all ages. Bill and the
direcotr of this movie, Howard Franklin, team up again (they teamed up first in 1990's Quick
Change) and together provide some funny moments in the film that could make us laugh
with madness. Scenes like Bill driving the loose-seat truck, and Bill fighting with
the nutty Matthew McConaughey, are really hilarious! Co-starring Janeane Garofalo
and Keith David.

1. To solicit favourable press for the new Bill Murray comedy, the publicity
department made up some quotes for the critics to say before the film was released.
One of them is "Bill Murray's funniest movie since 'Groundhog Day'".
2. Bill himself even had to rise money for the movie.
3. Co-starring actress, Janeane Garofalo is a big fan of Bill Murray since she was a kid.
