It's early the New Millennium, because of what men did to the earth in
early centuries. And Lot of volcanic gas coming out of the earth there is a
shortage of fresh air. People need te pump fresh air down to earth.
There is a system of pips and tunnels to pump the air through.
The people are living in tunnels and special homes because of this air
problem. Every now and than there are "air pump malfunctions" and "air
shut downs" wich means no air! One force is trying to save the city the "New
Age Air Force Hunters" known as the tunnel hunters.
They have Randolf Ascher a professor working for the force, this
professor is trying to find a way to take oxygen out of water.
During a Birhtday party for Freddy Lucci, a respected tunnel hunter
known as the flyer. Randolf Ascher is taken out of his lab and brought to the
Conrad scraper.
The owner of the Conrad scraper is Edward Conrad (a sneaky devil)who is
planning of taking over the air supplies with his system. He calls his
campaign "New Age of Air". After Freddy is killed, while trying to find Randolf, his stepson Rat
Luccie is determined to find out the truth about his father's death. He is
also determined to stop Ed Conrad to take over the air supply system.
While Conrad is trying to take control off the tunnel hunters, a group
(under leadership of Rat) become rebelliousness against Conrad. Trying to free
the professor and save the free air supply system.
This is a fiction movie with lots of action. Andrew is playing an old
devil. Grayson McGouhg is doing a great job playing (as it turns out) Andrew's
son and rebel against him.
