Ok...Monty is a late winter baby, born on march the second 1975 in Spain. I have included no image of myself in these pages...as a rule I don't like the photos in which I appear. But if you would like to know my real face, then...well, just ask for it :)

Since she was a young girl, Monty shares her existence with Ms Lazy, her evil side. As they live in the same body, it's not that easy to find out who you're talking to...well, take a close look. If she shows an obvious laziness, loves acid charged comments, eats chocolates compulsively, makes "be antisocial" her first behaviour rule, refuses to answer the phone, is horrified by pets and neigbours, and criticises everyone and everything, then you can be sure you're talking to Ms Lazy.

But don't worry; she only appears occasionally. Monty uses to be a friendly girl, sometimes quite childish, often absent minded, with an easy smile. And for the ones who thought I was a boy, my real name is Montse; tipical spanish name which for some reason, is not easy to pronounce for the english speakers. In my first travel to Great Britain the family I stayed with changed it for "Monsi"... to cut a long story short, it ended up being Monty because it was the most similar english name ;-)

It may happen that you think I'm a little deranged after this double sided introduction...let me tell you I'm not. It's what everybody says? Ok, for me it's easier to accept Ms Lazy by my side than to admit that sometimes I can be a very annoying person. Try it...you'll feel better:)

Monty has stayed for four long (but funny) years at the University to get her bachelor's degree in marketing and public relations. Nowadays, I'm dedicated to one of my passions: learning languages. If you're willing to email me (which I'd love you to do) you can do it in spanish, english, catalan, french and russian (my level at this one is not that high, so don't be cruel). From september the 15th to next June I'll be staying at San Diego International University, improving my spoken english, which is actually quite bad, and making new friends. Anyway, I'll be available via email. I hope you'll forgive me if I don't take care of this page very much :-(

Buff...I have the impression of having talked to much about me. I don't enjoy talking about me...I think the other person will imagine I'm trying to prove how fantastic and interesting I am. Not my intention, really, as I consider myself as a standard human being. But that's what this page is about, isn't it? Well, only a little drawing of Monty's likes and dislikes.

So that's all, folks. I can't resist the temptation of finishing this page with a quote from a song of Pet Shop Boys, my favourite group. I want to end this with a positive thought, and this one, even if melancholic, is very kind to me.

"I never thought that I would get to be the creature that I always meant to be; but I thought, is spite of dreams, you'd be sitting somewhere here with me"
