DEMON OF A MORTAL SOUL

"Kill and slay thy enemies
Thy Mortal soul is mine
I’ll do with it as I please
Thy life’s crime

"Twist you ‘round three Fates’ sharp blade
Knead anger to thy soul
Punish thy heart with deaths you play
Pain consume thy whole

"Grind thy face to ancient dust
Break thine spirit’s aim
Kill compassion with white-hot whip
Hollow fury doth remain

"Beat thy tender flesh with power
‘Till thy would beg me cease
Bathe thy wounds with acid tongue
Innocent’s thief

"Lash your mind ‘till saneness wanes
Blood-wanton consumes thy soul
You’ll do my bidding of death-meet
My Sacrificial role

"You live only whilst I need you
To prey upon my prey
To die for thine own suff’ring
Thine heart’s decay

"I am the one that made you
The master of your need
I command you kill mine wantings
To spread forth evil’s seed

"You are warrior by me only
To bid mine evil due
For those who come before me
Must first be slain by you

"You will not disobey me
Thine heart’s none strong for that
Thine bravety arise from mine giving
Strong will you lack

"Your slaughtering shall set you free
For short moment shall silence my moan
But your innocence was lost unto me
Not long I’ll leave you alone…"

This is the voice that haunts me
That pollutes my solemn heart
That drives me t’ward such evil
Enslaves to thine part

Though I tried, I can’t outrun it
Loosed its icy fingers from my soul
It’s teeth sunk’d into tender flesh
Encompassed whole

So I bid to demon’s calling
And follow thine evil ways
Hope that time might end this
But not mine days
So on I’ll ride to battle
To feed thy demon’s need
And raise mine sword to freedom
Lest evil breed

Perhaps I’m as evil as mine captor
Now twisted, demented heart
But I’m sure I can end blood-wanton
And escape my servant’s part

A lonesome end o’ercome me
But demon now mine remain
And with me shall die its hunger
May quiet, sweet quiet; reclaim
