Sailor Neptune is "invited by a new age." Now what does that mean?
Well *hee hee hee* I really don't know, but I do think it has something
to do with Sailor Uranus. Okay people it's true, they are an item, get
over it. So what? Personally I think this just shows North Americans how
behind the times we are, contrary to popular belief. I think it is very
admirable that this television show is showing both sides of the fence
in order to raise a generation of children, showing them that someone's
sexual life style should not be discriminated against. Plus the fact that
this aspect of their lives together is not overly flaunted, shows a great
deal of respect and sensitivity to the subject as a whole. Okay Okay,
enough of my little speech. She and Sailor Uranus appear to collect the
Talismans and find the messiah. (Which is the person who can use the holy
grail, guess who it is, yep Sailor Moon.) She is very talented in music.
She and Ami are alike in that they are both intellectually inclined.
Michiru is an artistic, intelligent girl. She is an excellent violinist, wonderful artist, and swimmer. She is elegant, refined and cultured, and she attends Maguen Gakuen with Haruka and Hotaru. It is a private school for rich students. (Now in Sailor Moon, Usagi/Serena is considered rich, but next to Hotaru, Michiru, and Haruka, she is a bag lady..) However, she is extremely competitive, sort of a sore loser, and is easily made jealous. As a Sailor Scout, Sailor Neptune controls water, like Sailor Mercury, however her power is much stronger, since in actuality her element is the Ocean. Sailor Neptune is the intellect of the Outer Scouts. She is also as dedicated as her partner (Sailor Uranus), but she doesn't want to see Uranus hurt and Neptune would sacrifice her life if it meant to save her partners. Like Sailor Uranus, her mission is not to guard the Moon Princess but to guard the Moon Kingdom. Sailor Neptune was the one who told Haruka that she was Sailor Uranus.

to turn into Sailor Neptune, she traces a circle around her and is surrounded
by a flume of water. She flips her hair also rather elegantly and gets
lipstick put on.

says this, a flume of water surrounds her and waves crash around her as
she creates a ringed ball of glowing blue energy with the strength
of a Tidal Wave which she throws at her target. (rumored
to be called in english 'Neptune Wave-Length Crash')

of blue light emits from the glass and blasts away enemies.
