He was born in and raised in LA. He attended Cal State Northridge where he
received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fine Arts. He then attended the renowned
Julliard School in New York to study acting under the direction of John Houseman.
In 1975 he made his television debut as Billy Abbott in "Rich Man, Poor Man". In that
same year he appeared in 2 tv movies, "Dawn:Portrait of a Teenage Runaway" and the sequel
"Alexander:The other side of the Dawn". He was on the TV series "Executive Suite" in 1976.
He was then cast as Mitch Cooper as Lucy Ewing�s husband in CBS Primetine Series "Dallas" in
1979. That same year he was in the tv pilot "Marriage:The First Year. In 1980 he made the movie
Inferno. He has also starred on several daytime soaps such as Santa Barbara where he played Zach
Kelton in 1988-89 and Ethan Asher in 1989-90, then he was on GH as Dr. Michael Baranski and later
as Damian Smith. Last he was on Y&R as Kurt Costner until 1997.
He guest-starred in "Hart to Hart", "Love Boat", "Murder She Wrote", "Jake and the Fatman" and "Star Trek:Voyager" among many others. He has starred in the TV movies "Accidental Meeting" with Linda Gray in 1994, "Terror in the Shadows", "Trouble Shooter", "Bermuda Depths" in 1978 and Trapped:Beneath the Earth" in 1993 with Kris Kristofferson. His feature film credits include starring roles in "Just one of the Guys" in 1985, "Lucky Stiff" in 1988, "Hearts and Armour" in 1983, "Cameron�s Closet" in 1987 and "Double Rvenge" in 1989.
