Background:
Came to the picture when Eden founded him on a plane when she was going to a meeting and the real passanger was not going and so he went instead. He and Eden got
married when Cruz and Kirk had broken up because Eden thought that she had pulled the plug on C.C. and Kirk saved Eden. He soon founded out that Gina had done it
and began to blackmail both Gina and Eden. Eden didn`t know that Kirk blackmailed her. Kirk sended a typed note that said that that person knew she had pulled the plug.
Eden started to pay her own husband. Cruz didn`t like Kirk and even tried to stop the wedding. Kirk and Eden eloped. Cruz did make it in time but they got married anyway.
Kirk wanted to keep her wife and get the Capwell money so he thought that Eden was cheating him with Cruz and Gina was making him to believe that it was true. He tried to
get Eden pregnant by switching her pills. He got a heart attack when he thought that he had killed Gina. And he got the attack when she appeared in his bathtub. When he got well
he blackmailed Gina to get her to kill Eden. She didn`t do that and Kirk tried to shot Eden while Gina and Eden were in the boat house. Gina was hit instead and she fell in the water.
Kirk started to chase Eden and Cruz and that ended when Gina came to the rescue and Kirk fell into the fishtank. Kirk then ended up in jail. Now he`s back. He kiddnaped Cruz and Eden and he told that
he killed Dr. Schotz. He also made Elena kill herself and he wanted Cruz and Eden to commit suicide.

Artistic talent is something of a family trait, as his father is a sculptor, and his brothers, Timothy, Samuel and Benjamin, are all performers.
He received a Golden Globe Award for his performance in "The Dove" the true story of a 16-year old boy who circumnavigates the globe alone in a small boat.
