Other Sailor Moon Stuff

This is where I put all the stuff that I just felt like putting on the page that don't fit anywhere else. It's also where Rei and I rant and rave about such things as Umino, the NegaDic, and other stuff.

Okay, alot of people who have only seen the US version don't know who I mean when I mention "Usagi" or "Minako". So here, for your convinience, is the Japanese, then english, names for characters, I'll add more over time. Also, I only uses the US names when I either forget the Japanese names at the time, or if I'm referring to the US version.

Usagi=Serena

Mamoru/Tuxedo Kamen=Darien/Tuxedo Mask

"Odango-head"="Meatball head"

Umino=Melvin

Naru-chan=Molly

Ami=Amy

Rei=Raye (I prefer to use the japenese spelling)

Makoto=Lita

Minako=Mina

Kunzite=Malachite

Queen Metallia= "The Negaforce"

Dark Kingdom= "The Negaverse"

There are three times in the US episodes 1-65 (I, sorry to say, I have yet to see the last 17) where Rei uses her ofuda when not as Sailor Mars.

• The first time was in episode 10(7) on Serena- she sensed and evil spirit and attacked her with the ofuda, and knocked her unconsious. In the US version, she said "I won't have any evil spirits near our temple!" while prepping it- she couldn's say "I call upon the power of Mars... fireballs charge!" since she didn't know she was Sailor Mars yet.
• The second time was when Grampa was turned into a monster (he was a Rainbow Crystal carrier) and she said "I call upon the power of Mars... fireballs charge!" like usual.
• The third time was in the second Doom Tree episode, before she had regained her memory of being a scout. When she, Amy, Lita, Mina, and Molly were attacked by a Cardian, she simply said "Uhhh...ummmmm..." and threw it.

Well, It's the miscellanious section. What can I say? Here's another useless bit of info concerning the US version: In some of the first few Rini-Negamoon episodes, Serena said "Moon Star Power" instead of "Moon Crystal Power"

Why? Nobody knows, nobody cares.

Hey, it worked, didn't it? Also, in episode 1, how did Serena KNOW to raise her hand and SHOUT "Moon Prisim Power?" And why did she remain perfectly calm while transforming?
It comes instinctivley, I guess. It did with me.

I guess that makes sense. Also, I have another question.

WHAT IN THE *BEEP* IS WITH UMINO'S GLASSES? I mean, it looks like he's under some sort of hypnotic spell!

I don't know. It's a byproduct of being a nerd in an anime.

I think I saw someone in Pokemon with the same thing going on with his glasses. A relative? A clone?
