Kenix refuse to
take 'shortcut' in her career therefore she never falls into pitfall. Some
body again pretended to be "rich merchant" tricking actresses into their
'trap'. Kenix and Yueng Chin Wah voices their opinion on this issue. Kenix
said that she is lucky enough because when she first started stardom, TVB
help her in dealing with outside contracts, now she has a Manager to handle
all that, so she is rest assured that they would handle it for her. She
thinks maybe some actresses are too anxious in getting fame therefore they
fall into these 'trick'. She advise others not to believe those 'easy ways'
to get a contract. Kenix reveal that before she enter showbuzz, she met
a "Seng Tam" (someone who's job is to look out for new faces to enter showbuzz),
the "Seng Tam" had asked her to enter showbuzz by filming commercials.
She rejected and choose to participate in the beauty contest. Kenix thinks
that this way is 'safer', beside she don't need to pay for the lessons
she gets. Those actresses who get cheated are normally newcomer in showbuzz.
Kenix don't think she is that smart to penetrate fraud, but at least, its
always better to have another person more experience to discuss with on
things like this.
