Broadway
Statistics: Broadway is 6 feet (182.88 cm)tall with a wingspan of
16 feet (487.68 cm). While awake, the gargoyle weighs roughly 2,000
pounds (909.09 kg), but at night his weight increases to 20,000 (9090.91 kg).
He is open and gentle, with
a good sense of humor.. more of a teddy bear than anything else,
although if angered, he will retaliate. Also takes his relationships
with friends and family very seriously. He loves the old detective movies,
and would like to take policework up as a profession should gargoyles
ever be allowed to join the police force. Currently, Broadway is
still trying to find his niche in the modern world, but with his
girlfriend Angela, the road should be a little less rocky.Great Chef and Future Detective
Broadway is one of what is known as the "trio", three rookery
brothers that survived the massacre at Castle Wyvern because of
being punished by being sent down to the rookery. Their unofficial
hiding place saved them from destruction. Broadway has the largest
girth of the gargoyles earned from his love of food. However, there
is a serious mind behind the chubby appearance, although he still
has much to learn about the modern world. He has started, however.
His first lesson came when he once accidentally shot Elisa Maza
after having seen a cowboy movie and finding the Detective's gun, not
realizing the danger. However, he made up for that slip by helping
capture Tony and Dominic Dracon in a complicated crime situation some
months later. He also taught himself to
read to a sixth-grade level in about 6 months, after initial
protests that he didn't need to learn.
