Someone's been steeling Mrs. Slocombe's skirts, and even Mr. Humphries has had someone go through is drawers. Shoplifting strikes Grace Brothers, so Mr. Rumbold installs closed circuit TV and calls in a security specialist. The security specialist tries out the new system and they staff so he tries to steal something. Mrs. Slocombe hits him with a bust. They decide to exploit Mr. Rumbold's hypochondria. So the closed circuit TV's are removed.
