When Captain Peacock and Miss Lovelock finds a petrified cat behind an attic wall and donate it to the local museum, strange events afflict Millstone Manor. Mr. Moulterd explains that the petrified cat brings good luck and should not be removed. To prove this really happens these strange events occur: 1. The cow dries up. 2. Mrs. Slocombe's drawers fly open. 3. Yellow slime pours form the oven. 4. Mr. Humphries and Mavis's bed starts shaking and raising off the floor. The staff soon realize that they need to cat back in order to escape the curse.
