I'll give them a little liscense on how long it took Callisto to tie the dagger on the staff (that's not an easy whipping, and as I recall it requires a needle and patience) but I do want to know when she put the little rivets on.
When Xena throws her chakram after knocking out Joxer, it's pointies up. When it sticks in the tree, it's squares.
