E-mail me with the name of the country and the soap(s) you'd like to see, and I'll put up petitions. Just be sure to tell people about these petitions and ask them to sign them, so you'll have more chances in getting more soaps in your country.
You can also sign petitions for other countries, to help them get more soaps there too.
