Then, the weekly winners are up for the monthly awards, and the lucky winners of these contests are up for the Soapy Awards every March. For example, if a soapy couple is voted for Soapy Couple Of The Week, it will be up - at the end of the month - for Soapy Couple Of The Month. If the couple wins this award as well, it will be up for Soapy Couple Of The Year in The 2nd Annual Soapy Awards, to be held in March 2003. SUBMITING NOMINEES: Past AND present stars / characters / couples / etc can be submitted for all categories - except the Soapy Website and Soapy Real-Life Couple categories. For example, if your favorite Soapy Child is now an adult or is not on the soap anymore, you CAN still submit it to this category - as long as he / she was once shown on the soap as a child. PAST NOMINEES AND WINNERS - CAN THEY BE RESUBMITTED? Yes. Past nominees CAN be resubmitted at any time. Past winners can also be submitted, but not at the same month as they were awarded.
