FIRST KNIGHT 1995

Click to View Online! The  Summer  saw  the  release of Jerry Zucker's medieval epic First Knight.  He personally chose Julia to play  Guinevere  after having  seen her marvelous performance as Nadya in Stalin.
First Knight was panned by the critics & eventually was considered one  of the top box office failures of  1995,BUT  Julia'sperformance  was,  once again,  praised by most film critics.
*(Not My Opinion :) Its one of my favourite movie)*

SABRINA 1995

For  the  Title Role in Sydney Pollack's remake of  Sabrina,  Julia beat out Winona Ryder, Juliette Binoche,  &  ballerina Darcey Bussell. To prepare for the role, she studied   Photography,  Read Books  assigned in American schools, watched  "My So-Called Life", & went to Catholic schools to give Sabrina a youthful naivity.

The  film  was  acclaimed  by  critics, but it did not make  as much money  as was expected. Her protrayal of the unfortunate  pawn  was generally  well-liked,  but she was invariably  compared  to  Audrey Hepburn, whom the
critics felt could just not be equalled.
