Hooray for Hollywood was to be an extravagant show piece of the Lemmys.  Set to live music with the Radio City Rockettes and dozens of A - list Hollywood stars on the bill, this show was to be the magnum opus of the earlier Lemmys.  Sadly, immediately after shooting began, the two scheduled hosts got into a tiff and subsequently walked off the set.  It was now up to Bud to find two talented and qualified individuals to host the now fractures show.  Failing to find two such hosts, he relied upon the now tried and true hosts of Paul and Dan who were themselves, down on their luck.
