Tampa Bay put themselves firmly back on track with an impressive victory over Atlanta and remain our strong favourites for Super Bowl honours at 4/1. Minnesota (14/1), Seattle (16/1) both maintained their good starts to the season, while unbeaten pair Kansas (12/1) and Denver (15/1) look in for a long battle in the West, particularly after the Bronco's dismantled Oakland on Monday. The two biggest upsets saw Green Bay fried in the desert as Arizona won their first game of the season, and the Browns come back from 12-0 in the final quarter to beat the 49ers, thanks to the heroics of QB Kelly Holcomb, playing despite a hairline leg fracture!

This week's live action throws up what should be a lively encounter between the Titans and the Steelers. Also, can the 'Tuna' return to New York to make it a double over the NY teams, as he brings his Cowboys into town to take on the Jets. Other eye catching match ups have the injury plagued Patriots up against Washington, while Baltimore play host to rampant Kansas.

The final dress rehearsal for the Breeder's Cup Classic takes place at Belmont Park on Saturday when two stars of the dirt do battle for the Grade 1 Jockey Club Gold Cup. Mineshaft, already casting a shadow over the make up of the Classic for which he is 13/8 favourite with us, may find Godolphin's Moon Ballad, having his first run back on dirt since his Dubai World Cup win, a tough nut to crack. Empire Maker misses Saturday's race after picking up an injury and now faces a race against time to be fit for the Classic.

Michael Schumacher could clinch the Formula One title for a record sixth time with victory in this Sunday's US Grand Prix, for which he is 13/8. His nearest rival in the Championship race, Juan Pablo Montoya (6/4), only three points adrift, will of course be pushing him all the way, while Kimi Raikkonen (7/1) can be expected to go well on a track where McLaren had done well in the past.

Other markets on the race include: Pole Position, Podium Finish and Points Finish, while we will also be betting In-Running on Sunday's race.

Loren Roberts will this week be defending his Texas Open title, and there has been plenty of support for him to do so at 25/1. Last week's winner Euro Tour KJ Cho has also been popular at 22/1 back in his adopted state, while there has been some interest in Garrett Willis at 80/1, second in this event last year and playing better recently.
