I did a little research about the house and here is what I found:
The house was built in 1887 for Daniel Innes, the area's councilman at that time. The family lived their for 30 years. As the Innes Shoe Store prospered downtown, the family became one of the first Blue Book families of Los Angeles. Now Mr. Heffernan lives there. He likes his privacy so please respect it.
