Rowen Hashiba
In reading fanfics I've noticed Rowen portrayed in two different ways. Going to the extremes with these is he's either some crazy party night loving guy or he's a bit more drawn in on himself and a bookworm and would rather study then go out. I think of Rowen as somewhere in the middle of it all.
Rowen's parents are divorced and he lives with his mother who is never home so he practically lives by himself. But in my fic, ROWEN CAN COOK! Almost as good as Cye. The difference is Cye cooks because he enjoys it, Rowen cooks because there's no one else to cook for him. But Rowen is still a hard case to wake up and I've kept the idea that he prefers to stay up late and sleep in.
Rowen's circumstances remind me a lot of a real life friend I have so I've written him similar to this guy. Rowen's kind of goofy and he has a healthy sense of humor. However, he does have his times where he goes off to study and he usually isn't in any classes with the other Ronins at school because he takes higher and harder classes.
He also has a sort of mean streak in him and one of his favorite past times is bothering Cye in one form or another. And even though he tries to hide it, it also matters a lot to Rowen what his other classmates think of him. At school he gets a lot of flack for being the son of a 'Super Genius' and following in his father's footsteps. Because of this, Rowen is often careful about what he does in public as a result of his eternal struggle to be accepted by his peers for who he is and not how smart he is.
