Mulder was contacted by a computer hacker, nicknamed The Thinker, who was being pursued by the government because of soem secret Defense Department files he had downloaded into a digital tape by accident. He gave Mulder the tape with all the info inside it. But unfortunately, the document was written in Navajo, an Indian language, though Scully promised to find him a translater. Ever since the incident, Mulder started behaving very strangely. He beat up Skinner in the FBI office, and acted very edgy. It turned out that he was drugged from his water supply in his apartment. Unaware of the drug he was being put on, Mulder was called home by his father, Bill Mulder, who tried to explain what really happened in the past, as well as his involvement of it. But before he could even start, he was being assasinated by Alex Krycek. Mulder was being framed for his father's murder, and it was up to Scully to save him......
