Mulder's old enemy, Pusher, who has the ability to force his will onto other people, escaped from prison and came back for a "Fox Hunt". Only it turned out that the one who was truely after Mulder and Scully was not Pusher himself, but his twin sister, who possesses the same ability as her brother.
