Throughout all the seasons of the x-files, Mulder and Scully had explored countless paranormal phenomenas. There are so many that I decided maybe it's time to keep track of some of them. And if I missed any of them, or if I have posted incorrect information, please let me know immediately by emailing me. My e-mail address is [email protected]. Here are some of the phenomenas our favourite agents have encountered and investigated, though not necessarily resolved:
1) Extraterrestrial Biological Entity (E.B.E.)
The Extraterestrial Biological Entity, also known as E.B.E., otherwise known as aliens, had been the main issue being investigated in the whole entire series. Mulder and Scully had encountered so many aliens that I can't even remember all of it. But the E.B.E. issue had been the main theme of the series, starting from episode 1, Pilot, to the present, and is still going on. And this has a lot to do with the government conpiracies, and mythology episodes. Without exception, every season has at least 5 or 6 episodes relating to the aliens.
2)Alien Hybrids
Alien hybrids, clones created with human DNA and alien DNA combined, a whole new race created by the Syndicate and the aliens in order to wipe our all live on Earth, and make all humans into a slave race. Their blood is green and acidic, fatal to human exposure. The only way to kill them is to stab them with an alien weapon at the base of their neck. The alien hybrids we've seen so far included the alien bounty hunter, Emily, who's Scully's daughter, Cassandra Spendra, and a whole lot of people from the Syndicate.
3) Human Mutants
Another popular issue in the x-files. There are so many mutants our agents have encountered, from Squeeze the human-liver-extracter Eugene Victor Tooms to The Host the mutated flukeworm to Leonard Betts the cancer man (no, not the smoking one) to the creature in Detour in which I cannot name and so many more I cannot recall at the moment......makes you wonder if the person standing next to you is actually some genetic mutant.......
3) Psychics, Miracle Workers, and people with supernatural powers
They are people with weird powers, and 80% of them attempted to harm Mulder or Scully or both in the course of their investigations. They're not necessarily evil. Some of them are even victims of their special powers. They can be psychics who can see the future (Clyde Bruckman), miracle workers who heal the sick magically, a kid who was believed to be Jesus Himself (Kevin), and so many more.
4) Ghost, vampires, zombies, and other supernatural beings
Supernatural beings had made their appearances in the X-Files a lot of times ever since the beginning. Ghosts, vampires, zombies, gargoyles, demons, devils, everything you can name in the occult encyclopedia. And one thing that is worth pointing out here, is that Mulder did not believe in vampires - about the only thing he did not believe in among the supernatural and the paranormal - until he met one himself, first in 3, then in Bad Blood. And, of all the unscientific things Scully refuse to believe in, she believes in God and angels, as well as the possibility of ghosts (she thought her father had come back to see her after he died in Beyond The Sea).
5) Supernatural objects
Objects with supernatural, or sometimes evil powers tend to come up every now and often. Examples are the evil doll in Chinga, those killer mushrooms that can produce hallucinations in the human mind in Field Tripand the alien artifact in Biogenesis.
6) Unexplained phenomena
Expect the unexpected, and explain the unexplained, had always been the theme of the show. There are so many things people had never even thought of before that had happened in the X-Files, like an invisible man (Unrequited), a killer shadow (Soft Light), fatal bioweapons like the nanotechnology(S.R.819), strange diseases (F. Emasculata) and many more.

Okay! That's it for now! If you think I've missed anything or made a mistake anywhere, don't hesitate to e-mail me!
