Mulder and Scully is in pursuit of a serial murderer who has the ability to control people's will with his mind and make them commit suicide. This murderer calls himself Pusher. He has a tumor in his brain and is dying from it. And in the course of the pursuit, this killer who possesses the power of mind control and has no fear of dying forces Mulder to play Russian roulette with him.
